Tags is the work that was created for Seabreeze Festival 2011, a popular community festival in Darwin. It locates at the forshore of Nightcliff suburb.
By pegging fabric tags on which numbers were stitched, into the grass areas along the main path of the festival location – a coastline, Zhou attempted to engage people’s curiosity and activate people’s knowledge about the passing of time and thus the history of Darwin.
